AMC A-List sign up tip
be careful to sign up for amc a-list one day BEFORE the day you want the benefits to kick in because if you try to do it on the day you want to actually see the movie there might be a 24 hr delay. I learned this the hard way. and note that the staff at the theatre are NOT able to override that limitation. in fact they can't do more to sign you up than just to give you instructions to do it on your own device. disappointing... meanwhile ticket prices continue to soar - is hollywood paying any attention to what's going on in the world? do you think that some (all) of these celebrity movie 'stars' are a little (a lot) overrated and overpaid? just a thought...
rocky horror picture show / full body cast / boston
finally saw the live performance showing of the rocky horror picture show last night in boston. i guess it's a rite of passage, right? it was interesting, a little silly i guess, the humor is quite juvenile but i guess that's the point. fun to watch the audience do the time warp, though!
aftersun movie
saw the new aftersun movie last night. remarkable. amazing photography. deceptively simple, it rings true because it comes from the heart and the relationship of the writer / director with her own father. one of he most interesting this season
